How we pay commissions to Affiliates
|
|
Portvideos.com, through its parent company Vacations On Video, will pay you 15% commission on all sales generated through your site excluding shipping costs.
Commissions are paid by check, unless you prefer some other form, once each quarter. If commissions are less than $50 they will carry over until the amount reaches or exceeds $50. However, you may at any time call and request you commission check regardless of the amount and it will be sent.

All orders placed from any source are automatically tracked by a software system controlled by a third party. Third party control assures you that you are paid for every single order generated from your site. Orders cannot be manipulated by Portvideos.com or by any outside sources. When we are certain of absolute protection we will make a direct link available to affiliates. Sales updates are available at any time by contacting us by telephone, fax or email and requesting a current status.

How do I update my account information?

You can update your account information by logging in to the Affiliate Log In section shown on our Home page. For changes to the information displayed in our “Partners” link, you may call, fax or email any changes and we will update your information.

How do I set up the link to Portvideos.com?

When you sign up for our Affiliate Program you will be given a specific formatted link. The link contains your affiliate ID and the information necessary for Portvideos.com to track the user and your orders.
An automated generator creates a code for you to copy onto your Web site.
A detailed description is provided on how to create the links that connect your Web page to Portvideos.com.
We will provide you with free “banners” or ‘button” images you can add to your site or you may choose to use whatever you feel is appropriate to maintain your existing image.
